SPINNING AND WEAVING TO GARMENT AND PACKING

Our organized operations, spanning from Spinning & Weaving to Garmenting & Packing, are powered by cutting-edge machinery and the latest technology.

Spinning

To maintain top-notch quality and consistency, we continually update our spinning processes. With cutting-edge machinery, including 65,000 spindles and 1,840 rotors, our factory produces nearly 16,500 tons of high-quality yarn annually. We prioritize regular maintenance of our equipment to ensure optimal yarn production. Our yarn is automatically leveled and coned for user convenience. Attention to every small detail is paramount, while vigilantly monitoring factors like humidity and temperature in our production plant yields the best results.

MACHINERY & TECHNOLOGY
Warping

To maintain top-notch quality and consistency, we continually update our spinning processes. Sizing

As part of the Sizing process, textile waxes and sizing agents are applied to the yarn in order to prevent yarn breakage during weaving. To make weaving easier and to prevent threads from sticking together, sizing agents are applied to warp (and sometimes weft) threads. They are removed after the weaving process. As a result, it facilitates high weaving efficiency and quality control. As a result of the interaction between fiber type, yarn type, sizing chemicals, and preparatory weaving processes, the sizing process is extremely complicated. In order to simplify the process, we have imported modern machines like the Benninger BEN SIZE TEC Sizing machine. It features a 24-beam creel capacity, a double-size box with double dips and double nips, beam-to-beam sizing, and an after-waxing device.

Weaving

Over the years, we have earned a strong reputation as one of the top weaving companies in the industry. Our commitment to detail and quality, along with our selection of hi-tech looms, has contributed to our success. We source the latest looms from around the world and our facility boasts 130 Sulzer Projectile and Toyota Airjet Looms with fabrics capable of being woven up to 143” (360 cms) in width. Additionally, Benninger preparatory machines are used to meticulously prepare yarn for weaving, after which every fabric is inspected prior to shipment or further processing.

Garmenting

The conversion of fabrics into bed linen takes place in the process of Garmenting. It is a stage that requires a high degree of skilful accuracy. With our team of skilled & trained personnel, we ensure that every step in the process of Garmenting is handled with great expertise. We specialised in the manufacture of bed linen for institutional end users, especially in the Healthcare and Hospitality industry. Keeping in mind the rigours of institutional usage, we endeavour and ensure that the linen is durable enough to last over a long period of time. Catering to functionality as well as luxury, our range starts from poly/cotton bed linen to the high thread count of 100% cotton.

Packing

In order to ensure safe despatching, meticulous packing is absolutely essential. We employ a range of techniques to meet the demands of our customers, and with every product we pack, we guarantee optimum precision. For domestic shipments, bales are often used, while for exports both pallets and rolls are available. Pallets particularly have become an increasingly popular choice due to their convenience in handling and storage capabilities as well as their capacity to take care of longer pieces.
